This is the independent Pool house in the grounds of a private villa overlooking the sea and coast at Miramar. The Pool house has a lounge/dining area with kitchenette on the ground floor. Comfortable rattan sofa and armchair with cream upholstered cushions, TV., video and stereo, Travertine marble dining table and chairs. The kitchenette has new fridge, electric hob and micro-wave/grill and separate mini oven. The bathroom is also on ground level. 4 foot bath with shower over, basin, and toilet.

Stairs from the living area lead up to the mezzanine bedroom that has sloping ceiling, double bed with pine headboard, chest of drawers and some hanging space. The ceiling of the bedroom is not full head height overall. An open balustrade from the mezzanine looks down over the living area. All ceilings are drape-upholstered or pine-clad.

Outside there is a small terrace with table and chairs under pergola. A path leads to the pool directly in front of the Pool house. The entrance to the grounds is independent of the gate to the villa and the Pool house is therefore extremely private being screened from both the gate and road.

Guests are welcome to use the whole of the garden, the sun-bathing terraces, permanent barbecue and patio, and boulodrome. The local baker passes each morning and can deliver fresh croissants and baguettes if requested.

Miramar is approximately 17 Kms. along the coast from Cannes in a very residential part of the Esterel. The beach at Miramar and La Figuerette is within walking distance. Here there are plenty of things to do with pedaloes, table tennis, the small marina, bars and quaint restaurants. The area is not over-developed, and although a little out of Cannes itself, it is still only 20 minutes by car. Théoule is 4 Kms. and La Napoule 6 Kms. Plenty of nearby water sports, cruises along the coast and to the Isles of Lérins.Access to the autoroute in Mandelieu for sight-seeing further afield. Pool is shared with the occupants of the main villa. A unique little house, ideal for 2.

Now the upper floor - the 'Penthouse' - is also available for the first time this year meaning the whole villa can sleep up to 14 people together!
