An immaculately presented villa in a residential area only 5 minutes walk to the centre of Valbonne village. Valbonne is a picturesque village within easy access of the coast, motorway and all the sights of the Côte d'Azur. The central square is a lively gathering place where there are many live events during the summer and there is also the Salle des Fêtes for concerts and the large parking area close by where there are often antique fairs or travelling circuses. Restaurants in the village are excellent and are found at every turn in the medieval sector. Local shops are plentiful and very good quality.
