Situated on the coast road 20 minutes west of Cannes and close to the boundary of the Parc National de l'Estérel, this is a traditional French Bastide within walking distance of the beach and with lovely sea views.

The lounge has two sets of fench doors, one leading to the garden and the other to the terrace with a teak dinnig table and chairs. A gated bridge leads from here to the large wooden sun-deck surrounding the pool. The kitchen is not fitted, but is charming and has all modern appliances including a fridge/freezer, oven, hob and ice-making machine. Separate toilet on this level and washing machine and dryer are in the garage.

Tiled and wooden stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a double bedroom with access to a blue tiled bathroom, one twin bedroom and a small room with pine bunk beds. The main bedroom and twin room both have sea views and the smaller bedroom overlooks part of the parc. On this floor there is also a shower room with W.C.

Downstairs are two further bedrooms - one accessed through the other with two singles in each, which share a shower room.

A villa that is comfortable and with all amenities, at a very fair price considering its location and proximity to the beach.
