A really beautiful villa just above the village of Magagnosc in between Grasse and Chateauneuf de Grasse from where there are such far-reaching spectacular views from the Esterel to Nice. The village and the surrounding area have all local shops and some very good restaurants within a very short drive.

The accommodation consists of 5 double bedrooms, two of which can be made up as twin rooms depending on the party. 4 of these double bedrooms are on the lower level of the villa and all have access to the surrounding terraces. These bedrooms share the facilities of a separate shower room, separate bathroom and separate WC. The fifth bedroom is on the upper floor where there is an en suite bathroom and WC.

The living areas are extremely spacious with large white and pastel blue kitchen, large American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, micro-wave and electric oven. There is a separate utility room with washer and separate dryer. The salon has the same breath-taking views as from many of the other rooms and has two huge patio windows, one from the dining area and one from the raised lounging area. Beyond this is also a study area with desk and chair. Between the dining and living areas there is an unusual central feature fireplace.

Externally, the gardens, olive terraces and pool area are immaculate. The pool is on a lower level from the villa accesses by wide stone steps. Under the veranda in front of the villa is an ideal place for barbecues and outside dining. Access to the villa is a little steep but manageable even in low wheel-based cars. A super villa, stunning views, spacious, quiet and not over-looked.
