Le Trayas is situated on the coast, half way between Cannes and St Raphael. It borders the Parc National de L’Esterel where there are magnificent views, on a clear day to Italy in one direction and towards St Tropez in the other. Villa Girelle is situated within a gated Domaine and enjoys superb coastal views. On the upper level there is a large lounge/dining area with patio doors leading on to the large balcony where there is a second table for enjoying the ‘alfresco dining’.
Lounge area has comfortable sofas, hi-fi system, television with English language programs and a DVD player. Dining table for six which can be extended to accommodate eight people. Access towards the back of the villa where there is a terrace with teak dining table and chairs to seat up to eight.
The kitchen is on this level and is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric five ring hob, electric double oven, American fridge freezer and microwave. Washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in utility room downstairs.
Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate toilet – also benefit from extensive sea views.
The other three bedrooms are all downstairs and each have their own bathroom facilities. There are two twin bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower, toilet and washbasin. The second has a shower, toilet and basin. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and en-suite facilities of bath with overhead shower, toilet and wash basin.
The garden is manicured and planted with a variety of shrubs, palms and orange trees. Pool is approximately 9m x 5m and has sunbathing area around.
The beach at La Figuarette is a 10- 15 minute walk and is very pretty. There are some snack bars and restaurants around the beach as well the possibility to hire kayaks, windsurfers or small dinghies. Lessons are available in wind surfing and sailing.
