This villa with its superb far-reaching views is situated just outside the centre of Vence. It is possible to walk to the town centre with its medieval walled inner ‘cité’. This takes less then 15 minutes. There is also a scooter at the disposal of the clients for the daily shopping provided courtesy of the owner, but at the rider’s own risk! Vence is known for its restaurants, shops and terraces as well as being a music centre. There is a large LeClerc supermarket at the entrance of the town.

The villa is built on two levels. The entrance opens from the hallway into the upper floor. From here, there is the fully equipped kitchen decorated in Provençal colours of blue and lemon, on the right hand side. Large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, micro wave and ceramic hob. Access to the upper terrace. The floor below is accessed by internal stairs through the garage where there is access to two more bedrooms, one twin and another double that share a shower room. These two bedrooms can also be accessed from the outside of the villa at the garden and pool level.

The well laid out garden is 900m2 with lots of different flowers surrounds the villa, fruit trees and colourful shrubs. The villa is not overlooked and has a dominant position on the hillside just above Vence on the east side..
