The Villa Les Cyprès is currently undergoing complete refurbishment of the garden level or Rez de Jardin. Newly acquired by its owners, who have already renovated the upper level, the Rez de Jardin will be completed by end January and available for rental from Easter 2008 throughout all of the season. The Rez de Jardin tenants will share the facilities of the villa with the owner/occupiers and any guests they may have, but realistically they are too busy working most of the time! The salon and American kitchen have double access to the side terrace and the covered and balustraded dining terrace immediately overlooking the pool and gardens which will be floodlit at night so that people can enjoy the view of the Olive trees that are at least 900 years old, the illuminated fishpond and surrounding lawned areas. The pool is in the final stages of completion as this description is being written and measures 9m X 4.5m in a free-form shape to partially circle around the magnificent Olive trees where there is flat crazy paving and stone seating..
