 With two bedrooms, one twin and the other double, the apartment sleeps 4 people comfortably with the added bonus of having air-conditioning for those hot summer nights on the Côte d’Azur. The Résidence has a large shared pool and underground parking in a secure garage for tenants. Salon has open ‘American kitchen’ with breakfast bar. Electric oven and hob, fridge, micro-wave/grill, dishwasher. There is a washer/dryer in an alcove off the hallway. TV with Free-view satellite channels but guests can bring their own card to receive more channels.  Salon is modern with angled sofa and other occasional seating with patio windows opening directly onto the terrace. Both bedrooms also have direct access via sliding windows to the terrace too. Shower room with basin and separate WC.

The terrace is superb. Plenty of room for sunbathing on loungers provided or for dining outside to enjoy the really special and uninterrupted views.

Quiet and elevated, as well as within easy reach of the centre of Mandelieu where there are supermarkets, a huge hypermarket, restaurants and access to the motorway, the apartment is extremely good value with its new and modern equipment and air-conditioning and yet it is still within very easy reach of all the facilities that the area has to offer.
