A really pretty and well presented apartment in a most enviable position right on the beach in Théoule sur Mer. The Résidence is fairly recently built and the owners furnished the apartment for their own private use. Just everything is within walking distance: the beach is literally out of the front door, restaurants that can be recommended are on every corner, shops within a short walk to the village centre (excellent bakery) and transport is readily available with buses running through to Mandelieu, Cannes or further afield as well as a local train station on the outskirts of Théoule. Parking available for residents.

The apartment is on the first floor, access by stairs or lift. The terrace is covered and looks out directly to the bay. Dining table and chairs for 4 on the terrace. Sliding patio windows give access to the living area that is fresh and light with all white fitments for the kitchen area and wall units. Convertible sofa bed in salon, TV. phone available, occasional. Kitchen area has fridge and electric oven and hob. Good quality crockery.

The bathroom is all white with washing machine under vanity work top, shower over bath. Separate wc.

Another plus in this apartment is the 'coin de nuit'. It is fitted with a bed settee that just fits in when laid out to take an extra guest.

The owners prefer non-smokers.

Théoule is a picturesque part of the Côte d'Azur, still unspoilt and with numerous quality restaurants, many right on the beach or with their own pontoons. There are two golden beaches and for the more daring a naturist beach in a secluded cove. Water sports are readily available as well as boat trips to the Isles de Lérins and along the Estérel coast.
