The salon has the possibility to sleep 2 extra guests on a convertible sofa bed. There is a round dining table and chairs for in-door meals, TV with satellite, video and DVD. Access to the terrace and the garden from the salon. There is air-conditioning that can be placed in the bedroom or living area. 

The kitchen is fully-equipped with electric oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Reserved parking place in front of the apartment.  

The centre of Cannes and the beach are just over 1 kilometre away, there are shops within walking distance and there is also one reserved underground parking space within the Residence. A bus stop right outside the gates of the Residence that brings you to the centre of Cannes in 5 mins. There are special rates for Festival and Conference periods.
