There is air-conditioning that can be placed in the bedroom or living area. 

The kitchen is fully-equipped with electric oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The owners of the apartment have requested that there are no pets and that smokers use the garden outside the apartment. 

The centre of Cannes and the beach are just over 1 kilometre away, there are shops within walking distance and there is also one reserved underground parking space within the Residence. A bus stop right outside the gates of the Residence that brings you to the centre of Cannes in 5 mins. There are special rates for Festival and Conference periods.
