private parking. It is situated in an unspoilt area with stunning
scenery around the Parc National de l’Esterel. The beach
of Miramar is extremely pretty, sandy and within walking distance
of the apartment.
A lovely two bedroom apartment which is more like a small, semi-detached
villa but being part of a larger development. It is in a group
of only three apartments, has only one neighbour at one side and
benefits from having a small garden and superb views into the Bay
of Miramar. Having only been built a few years ago everything in
the apartment is new and of very good quality. Access to the apartment
is by a flight of steps and the entrance leads into the open-plan
living/dining area where there is a sofa bed, easy chairs and a
dining table for 5/6. TV with satellite and a hi-fi system. Wide
French doors lead onto the large terrace, also with dining table
and seating for 6 people. From the terrace there are extensive
sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave,
hob, oven and fridge freezer. There is a separate toilet on this
level. A staircase leads down to the two double bedrooms which
have access to a large terrace. There is a bathroom with bath,
overhead shower and wash basin, separate toilet with washing machine.
Shared pool with flow-over edge is only a minutes walk. Parking
in front of the apartment and garage is available on request for
a small fee.
