The apartment is within walking distance of the beaches of Miramar and La Figuerette where there are pedaloes and volleyball etc. as well as some water sports. Several excellent restaurants and bars.

Miramar is 17 Kms. from Cannes. The Géant hypermarket complex is less than 10 minutes and there are golf and tennis courts in Mandelieu. Théoule, only 4 Kms. from Miramar has many more bars, restaurants and two delightful sandy beaches as well as water skiing, diving and wind-surfing. Boats leave here regularly for coastal afternoon cruises and trips to the Isles of Lérins. For convenience, the local baker can deliver fresh croissants and baguettes most mornings.
